O Desafio IV

Nada como arrancar um dente do sizo inferior para me actualizar no desafio. Dieta de iogurtes, gelatinas, peixe cozido ou grelhado com couve flor muito cozida; água e café com gelo; a ocasional tacinha com 2 colheres de soupa de sorbet de manga; tudo comido muuuiiiiittoooo deeee vaaaaagaariiiiiinhoooooo com um lado da boca.

Resultado: menos 3 kilos em 2 semanas.
A ver quanto tempo dura o efeito desta forçada "dieta-relâmpago" quando voltar a ter total capacidade de mastigação e começar a comer sólidos que devem dar-me mais que 800 kcal por dia.

É que passar de X6 kg a X3kg em 2 semanas é motivador, mas a pele não vai ao sítio assim tão rápido: lipo-aspiração começa a parecer razoável quando visto o bikini para ir para a praia!! :-S

É a fase do "tem de ficar pior antes de ficar melhor". *suspiro*

Mas isto vai ao sítio, ai vai, vai! Deixa-me voltar ao ginásio, deixa...

Além do mais tenho de capitalizar o efeito! É que já se me acabaram os sizos.... :-P
